Thanks for booking with us! Before you confirm your appointment, please take a moment to review the following:

New or Returning After 5+ Years?
If you are a new patient or haven’t been seen in the last 5 years, online booking isn’t available.
Please call our front desk at 403-854-2110 to book your appointment. We'd be happy to assist you directly!

Choosing the Right Clinic
We have multiple locations, each with different hours. Please make sure you're booking at the correct clinic:

Hanna Clinic – 110 2nd Avenue West, Hanna, AB (see business hours)

Castor Clinic – 4902 50th Avenue, Castor, AB
Available on Tuesdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM -
Oyen Clinic – 101 2nd Avenue East, Oyen, AB
Available on Wednesdays from 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Booking at the wrong location or time may result in a missed appointment, and we want to make sure you’re seen on time!

Note: Castor and Oyen are satellite clinics and share the same schedule in the online booking portal. Appointments will be scheduled at the according clinic location based on the time selected during booking.

Advance Booking Notice
Online appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
If you need a same-day appointment, please call us directly at 403-854-2110.

All appointments are based on availability and will be confirmed by our team after booking.

Changes & Cancellations
Life happens — if you need to reschedule or cancel, please refer to our cancellation policy for more info.
