Eminence Organics skin care line from Hungary is used in all procedures and retailed at the spa. Eminence uses organically grown fruits, vegetables, and herbs in their products. All products are free from parabens, animal by-products, propylene glycol, sodium lauryl sulfates, harmful colorants and fragrances, mineral oils, petroleum, and other harsh cosmetic chemicals. For every product sold, Eminence plants a tree, having planted over 3 million trees to date! With the help of clients from Orchid Embers Spa, over 1, 500 trees have been planted. A portion of the proceeds from every Eminence Organic Skin Care product goes towards the Eminence Kids Foundation to help sick kids.

Cyndy is proud to have been the owner of Orchid Embers Spa for 8 years in 2022. Cyndy is certified in manicures, pedicures, facials, dermaplaning, cryotherapy, Swedish relaxation massage, hot/ cold stone therapy, hair removal and brow/lash tinting.
Orchid Embers has been working with Award Winning Eminence Organic Skin care products since Cyndy purchased the spa in 2014. With her knowledge and training, Cyndy is able to customize her facials for each guest to reach optimal skin health. Cyndy most enjoys helping clients with skin care concerns and providing healthy home care regimes.
Erin Francis
Clinical Esthetician
Erin joined Orchid Embers Spa in 2022 after graduating with distinction from Lakeland College’s Clinical Esthetician program in June of 2022. Erin is certified in esthetic services including: manicures, pedicures, facials, dermaplaning, SkinPen microneedling, waxing, brow/lash tinting, eyebrow lamination, makeup application, Swedish relaxation massage, hot stone massage. Erin is also trained in services (not offered at the spa) such as laser therapy, microdermabrasion, and Image chemical peels.
